WHY TRAIN WITH ME?
I am a qualified Rngland Athletics Coach in Athletics and Running Fitness a mum who works with loads of ‘stuff’ to do.
I’m fun to train with, but focused too
More importantly – I understand that life sometimes gets in our way. Work, kids, mood, the weather. We will work with it, around it, untill it fits you!!
You’ll learn, develop and improve!! You’ll be supported at every step. I have technical knowledge and practical experience and love to see the best coming from everyone I work with. I will support you to get the best from yourself.
Bronze– £30.00 pcm
I’ll create a plan – including mileage, strength and conditioning and technique sessions I’ll talk to you once a week via phone/ internet /Skype We will talk through your weeks running and feedback on your plan – you can also keep in touch via social media and text. You will be added to a Coached by Claire Facebook group which contains regular information and discussion topics
We’ll discuss what you do now, what you want to do next. Things like, improving times, targets and technique. I can also coach you up to and during a key challenge or event.
I’ll create a plan -based on your lifestyle. I’ll work with you at an individual coached session each month. We will look at technique and I can also video your running so we can see key focus areas.
GOLD -£140.00 pcm
We’ll discuss what you do now, what you want to do next. Things like, improving times, targets and technique. I can also coach you up to and during a key challenge or event and support with advice and ideasd any fundraising plans.
I’ll create a plan – including mileage, strength, conditioning speed agility and technique sessions. I’ll work with you in 2 individual coached sessions each month. We will look at technique. I can also video your running so that we can see key focus areas. I am able to plan other cardio and weight-loss sessions and look at nutrition depending on your individual aims.
WALK TO RUN – £200 (for the group) 9 wks up to 5 per group
3 X 30 minute sessions per week for 9 weeks – I will get you up to running from never running before.
You will be able to run a 5k distance in 9 weeks. I will give you all the support and encouragement you need along the way. Including a taylored programme, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and motivational advice.
