GOLD -£160.00 pcm
The Silver package + weekly 0ne to one sessions
I’ll discuss what you do now, what you want to do next. Things like, improve times, targets and technique. I can also coach you up to and during a key challenge or event
I’ll create a plan – including mileage, strength and conditioning and technique sessionsI’ll work with you at 2 individual coached sessions in a month. We will look at technique, I can also video your running so we can see key focus areas. I am able to plan other cardio and weight-loss sessions and look at nutrition depending on your individual aims.
BRONZE– £50.00 pcm
I’ll create a plan – including mileage, strength and conditioning and technique sessionsI’ll talk to you once a week via phone/ internet and talk through your weeks running and feedback on your plan – you can also keep in touch via social media and text. You will be added to a Coached by Claire Facebook group which contains regular information and discussion topics
WALK TO RUN – £500 9 wks (£18.50 per session)
3 X 30 minute sessions per week for 9 weeks – I will get you up to running from never running before.
You will be able to run a 5k distance in 9 weeks. I will give you all the support and encouragement you need along the way. Including a taylored programme, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and motivational advice.
Extra sessions for those who have a current package are £30.00
If you do not currently have a package with me but would like a one off session the cost of the session is £45.00
