Day 27 Up up up


Early start today at 6.30am but a blissful only 3 miles to run. Reality was that the short 3 miles was not blissful, my legs aching a little more, desperately trying to repair themselves after a race a tempo run and a speed session and my body was complaining because it seemed to think it should have still been in bed.

On the up side so this blog isn’t always doom and gloom it was good to see the start of the day and I ran my 3 miles in 26 minutes.

I survived and my days training is complete, so I can enjoy my day in London with Doug and the kids =)

Breathes a big sigh of relief and relaxes back on the very busy train thinking my legs are so glad I have this seat !!
