Add a big dollop of motivation

Then add the selection of mixed kit, we’ve gone for running shoes 3/4 leggings and technical top

Mixed them all together – crazy face is optional

Make sure you put in a good amount of training schedule approx 12-16 weeks some recipes differ

Allow the ingredients to settle

Don’t forget the ingredient that makes all the difference

Then pop in the oven for 20mins – 5 hours or more, this is race dependant
